Refund & Canellation Policy

A. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

B. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • If the product/service is not delivered within the stated time frame.
  • If there is a billing error resulting in an overcharge.

C. Non-Refundable Items

Shipping

All orders for standard stock items will ship in 1-2 business days via UPS unless the customer specifies expedite shipping then the order will ship on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00PM Central Time. If an item is not in stock at the time of the order a customer service representative will contact, you immediately with the estimated delivery date of the back ordered item or items.
