We’ve added a new product to our lineup: conduit clamps. If you’re familiar with cushion clamps, conduit clamps offer a similar mounting style—just without the cushion. Sometimes you don’t need the added vibration or sound control. You just need a strong, simple hold. That’s where conduit clamps shine.
What Are Conduit Clamps?
Conduit clamps are a straightforward solution for securing tubing, piping, and, as the name suggests, conduits to a unistrut framework. They’re commonly used for electrical conduit installations, but their application goes well beyond electrical work.
These clamps are designed for any situation where vibration and sound aren’t concerns. They’re well-suited for supporting equipment, piping, or tubing that needs to be affixed to a strut quickly and securely.
Currently, we stock conduit clamps in 304 stainless steel (304SS), available in sizes 1" to 6" O.D. tubing. This range covers many common setups, and we’re considering expanding size and finish options in the future.
Why Use Conduit Clamps?
Fits Standard Unistrut: These clamps are made to fit standard unistrut channels for seamless installation.
Versatile Applications: Commonly used to secure electrical conduits, but they’re also a fit for general-purpose piping, tubing, or equipment where vibration dampening isn’t needed.
Simple, Durable Construction: Without the cushion, these clamps offer a lower-maintenance option that holds up in industrial environments.
304 Stainless Steel: Provides corrosion resistance and reliable performance in both indoor and light outdoor settings.
